Surgery date ???

How do I add my surgery date to my profile, like so many of you have done? I feel like an idiot, but I can't figure it out on here. Linda

Linda, go to the my account tab, log-in if you need to, enter, then scroll down to the bottom its in the middle column and says "I've got a date" click there and enter your date. Sarah

Congratulations Linda on your surgery date! I am hoping to get approved for surgery with Dr Inman as well. Good luck on a quick recovery!
