Looking for Local Support Group

I'm trying to find a support group that isn't TOO far of a drive from me. I'm in Wabash, IN which is about 45min - 1 hr S of Ft Wayne, 1 hr N of Kokomo, and 2 hrs N of Indy. What I'm looking for out of the group: 1. Support 2. Friends 3. Clothing Exchange 4. Recipes 5. Exercies Ideas 6. They have support groups in Lafy. and Frankfort. You can call the hospital at St.v's Carmel, barriatiric (sp) area. They can let you know the time and location of these sites and other sites they have. Lisa B

Why would I call them? They're over 2 hours away from me, and they didn't do my surgery.

I think Lisa was just saying they might have some meeting more north,, since their on the north side of indy.. They have meetings sights all over the place.... Give them a call whether they did your surgery or not,, they have good support groups.. And any hospital that has support groups will accept you whether you did your surgery their or not.... Heather

Well how about coming to Goshen? The last Thursday of the month. We are having a clothing exchange after the meeting This month! If you are interested let me know and I will get you some directions. Would be nice to meet you!
