OMG, I'm 30 today!

Today is my 30th birthday! I celebrated with a friend at lunch, but tonight, I'm still going to work with my trainer. I am thinking how hopefully I will be on the losing side by my next birthday. Linda

Happy Birthday, I Know your next birthday will be an amazing one. Just think about how different your life will be. My birthday this yr I spent at St V for my pre op class. So next yr I will be like u almost a yr out on my birthday. It will sure be different. This yr I was in pain and could hardly move, my back was so stiff. Next yr I will be moving and healthy....imagine that. And at least 100 lbs lighter... Happy Birthday ME
