Well my appt wasnt till 2 but I was there at 1 and didnt see Sam. I went to Sams club before and then my mom and I had pizza at the shoppe across from the hospital. After my appt we went to meet Claudette, she was so nice and man is she getting skinny!!! Doesnt look anything like her pic. I just cant wait till I can be in small sizes...below a 16 would make me happy. Carmen I think we will have to kick her out of the fat club too....LOL U and her will have to start a skinny girls club. Well I also posted pics this morning on my yahoo 360 from the clothing exchange. The link to it is on my profile.

I was in and out of there by 1:20 PM. I glanced in the room downstairs but didn't see you. They were moving fast today! I just got done vaccuming and am motivating to shampoo my carpets. An exciting life I lead Sorry I missed you! Sam

Haha I went to take a shower and then was coming back to tag the photos. You caught me! I was too busy chattin and forgot to take pictures! Did you sign up to do the gene pool study today? I did but they took me out because I am a hard stick and they didn't want to try and torture me to get blood. Which I appreciated! They said they will take pictures at 6 months and I'm guessing labs then. Did you mention your periods to her? We both agreed mine are worse since I am off the pill but it's not worth getting back on the pill over. Oh well Tylenol and I'm miserable for a week...guess that's what I get for 5 years without cramps Sorry I missed you!! Sam

Hey you look great up on that! It is a lot sturdier looking than I thought it would be. I am really gonna have to check one out next time I'm out. Do you get a good sweat going during your workout? It is really sturdy. The one I got on Ebay was put together wrong so I had to do some repairs but it is really nice. You get out what you put in...does that make sense? If you half-ass it you won't break a sweat but if you treat it like you are walking or running you will for sure sweat! The Tony Little guy in the video is real obnoxious...I get my therapy done for the day at the same time because I just yell obscenities at him. If you are ever over here on the east side, swing by and give it a whirl! Sam
