I was just reordering some protein from Bariatric eating .com and saw that they had a new tube available. It has 42 G of protein instead of 25. Has anyone used it yet? I like the fruit punch one from them and was thinking of trying the new one but didn't order yet, looking for input first. Have a good one, Carmen

At bariatriceating.com they sell a similar product to the profect. It comes in a tube and has the same nutritional values, but I like the taste better. They call it New Whey Protein. It has been available for a few months now. But today I was looking and they are selling a new version with 42G of protein and 178 cals and 2 carbs. I was wondering if anyone had tried it yet of thought anything about it. If you want I could bring you a fruit punch tube o Sat. Carmen Sorry about your dream!

Mmmm....as I sit here enjoying a cappuccino Achiev One (also from bariatricEating.com), I do wonder about these tubes of protein. 42 grams does sound very good...but...I can actually say that I drink my Achiev's for the pleasure of having a flavorful drink. I'm willing to spend the $$ on them for the protein value however. With the Achiev's, if they were 16 oz instead of 9.5 oz for the same nutritional value and at the same cost, I would be even happier..yumm! So...especially if I liked the flavor of the tubes, I would probably be dissatisfied with them because they aren't big enough! LOL! I know, I know! Most people want to get the protein down as quickly as they can in as small of a volume as possible. Me? I finally found a protein drink I love and could literally drink it all day long! LOL!! Sherri

Would anyone be willing to donate a bottle of Achieve for me to try? It looks good but I am leary of ordering a whole case without knowing if I can tolerate it. I drink the Profect and enjoy it. I'll have to look at bariatriceating.com HOw much is the new stuff Carmen? Sam
