Good Morning to all
It has been a while since I have been here, and have missed everyone. Between working and going to school, we have had our 2 year old grandson come live with us and it has been keeping me busy.
I was just reading on the website from Fort Wayne that there is a clothing exxchange in Kokomo. Can someone let me know the information, this is in my area and I would love to meet the wonderful people from this site. Also are kids welcome, I am very limited on resources of a babysitter and do not have one for the weekends unless my husband is not working and that is not his Saturday off.
I also wanted everyone to know that I have joined the century club, I am 7 months out and have lost 100 lbs, now to move on to the 2nd 100 lbs.

Good morning everyone!
I went to the doctor yesterday & he cleared me to drive, use the hot tub, and go back to work. I'll be going back on Monday. Now that I can drive, there were some things I needed to get done before going back. He said that I'd probably have occasional swelling for up to a year and it'd probably take that long too for all the scar tissue to break down so I can bend my toe. The ligament on the bottom is still sore but I refuse to have steroid injections in it while I'm awake. I had that done once on my thumb and it hurt like hell...and didn't end up doing any good anyway. I can't imagine...and don't want to...how much it'd hurt on the bottom of your foot! So, I'll just take it easy and hope that ligament will slowly heal itself. I go back to him in 3 weeks for a check-up on the right foot and to fill out the paperwork for the surgery on the left. That surgery is going to be on Nov. 3rd. So much to do in 5 short weeks!! Especially with Christmas right around the corner!
You all have a good day!
