Psych. Eval Yesterday

I met with Dr. Stote yesterday. He was interesting. I am afraid he has concerns because of my bipolar disorder. He wants me to take an MMPI test in addition to the 485 question test I took yesterday. I hope they don't say no. That would seem very unfair, as I have worked very hard to get myself emotionally into a good place. Linda

Linda~ I was a little upset as well when I met with Dr. Stote....I too had to go back and take the additional testing because I take Effexor. After doing so, the only reccommendation he made for me was to see the RN and dietician.....it wasn't as bad as I thought! Please also know, that there are others with your disorder who have gotten approved, so don't be discouraged!! I am sure it will not be as bad as your anticipating! Good Luck! Jl
