Frustrated with Doctor

OK today I'm feeling a little, (no alot) frustrated..... I know the doctors have other patients and they are busy..... BUT......I have been waiting 3 weeks for Dr. Randall (psychologist) to finish up his summary on me to send into insurance for my appeal. Anyone else have this problem with him or is it just me being impatient? ("Good things come to those who wait", I keep telling myself that!) Anyway, just needed to vent. Regina

Try to be patient. He is slow, but thorough. As he told me, he has never had a patient denied because of the way his psyche eval was written up. He takes his time and makes sure that he has everything he needs to help you get approved. The hardest part is the wait, but everything happens in the time it is supposed to. Cindy

Regina, I too had Dr. Randall! It did take a bit, but it was approved right off the bat! Be patient, he is thorough! I really like him, he is good and I really enjoy him at support groups! I know it is so hard when you are awaiting the approval process, hang tight the bench will be warm when you are able to join us! I have a seat waiting on Gail, you can sit next to her! I ahd a different person do my psych eval, outside of st v's, and it took me almost two months to get it back, plus me harrassing her somewhat. You'll get it back, no worries! Just another part of the waiting game!
