GOING HOME

I am be released from the Hospital today. The shoulder pain is much better I can go about 8hrs without a pain pill. They also gave me a hot pad which really seems to help. I am now 7days post op and I have lost a total of 8lbs Hope everyone else is doing great and may we all continue on the loosing side of life.
