Guess what

I'm down 100 pounds today. Whoo-hoo, I will be 9 months out on Saturday and see the Dr. C. on Friday. My weight loss was so slow months 5 and 6, I was worried I would never see this. but I have lost 30 pounds the last 3 months. Pretty cool. Sarah

Congratulations! I am currently in my fifth month and my weight loss has really slowed down too. It's good to hear that it will pick up again. I'm very happy for you. Cindy

YEAHHHHH! You go girl. Did you have to make any changes to get going again? I'm kind of stuck at 93 right now for 3 weeks.
