Monday Morning
Thank God for Holidays!!! I can NOT believe I am not at work and actually slept in for 3 full hours!!!
We went motorcycle riding last evening.. time to get out my leather chaps.. was a little nippy.. But my chaps are a 4X and a little LARGE!!! (Took a special cow in Branson to make em) I have a leather sewing machine so I will be cutting them down and sizing them to the new improved me.
Have a wonderful holiday!!!

Morning Linda and Everyone!
I too slept in and it was wonderful! I adore these cool nights with the windows and door left open and to wake up with all that cool fresh air in the house is divine! It looks like it is going to be like this for the next week or so so I am thrilled to not have the house cooped up in the air conditioning! I have a full schedule of working on Ebay today so I will definatly keep busy. Just a tip for those o fyou who also can not tollerate Aspertame, I found a diet peach tea by Arizona, it comes in a gallon jug at Wal-Mart, it is soooo delicious! It might have a little caffeine in it but so far it is the only drink made with splenda that I have found other than my Fruit2o. It is so nice to sip on something other than water I have decided to stay off the regular lemonade until I reach goal, the same with oatmeal, they are 2 things I love and I know they will be there waiting for me when I am at goal. I restructured my eating and the scales are moving again so I am sticking with the better choices to make the most of my special tool. I have found the best food choice for me is cottage cheese! I get the low fat kind and when I eat it regularly the pounds just melt off. Amazing how such a simple food can be so high in protein and so pouch friendly Well, I am off here to get together for a busy day at home. Hope you all enjoyed sleeping in and have a most glorious day!
HUGS!

Good morning all!
Sleeping in just isn't all it's cracked up to be..not when you can do it everyday! I've been up since 7...but awake since 6. Bill turned over at 6 and decided to turn the volume up on the tv...well, that finished off me being able to sleep. Anyway... I've tanned, showered, iced my foot, and am about ready to go back to my sewing (plastic canvas). Not an exciting day, but a productive one.
Oh..I had gotten an email through Classmates.com from a guy I dated when I was 14!! He was the first person to give me flowers...a dozen of red roses. He's been married for 28 years now, has 4 grown kids, and get this....a penecostal minister! His mother really liked me and I guess went to her grave believing he married the wrong person. Oh, how wrong she was! Can you imagine Miss Sleeze me as a minister's wife?!?! No, me neither! LOL! I assured him that he definately made the right decision! I did think it was funny hearing from him...31 years after we dated!
Marianne...I'm a fat-free cottage cheese addict myself. I have to add some Del Monte Carb Clever peaches to mine though. Yummy!
Linda...save your scraps...as talented as you are on the sewing machine, you could make your grandchildren some baby chaps!
You all have a really good day!
