Ohhh the insurance rigamaroe!

Hello all.. Sorry long time no chat!! I'm still waiting for one more letter from a doctor's office who lost my file.. It's irratating!!! They keep saying it's not their responsibility whereas the doctor who moved to Colorado gave all the files to this one doctor.. Ugggghh,, I really need the file becuase that is like 5 years of my life... and I would like to somehow prove that I tried to come up with all the insurance needed information.. Also another question.. I have to do 4 support groups,, and I live in Batesville Indiana down SouthEast.. What times do the support groups usually start???? Thanks Heather
