Good Morning All, Hope everyone is doing well today. What is the plateau buster? I've been stuck for at least 6 weeks, and it's getting really discouraging, I've got about 20-40 lbs more to lose depending on whose goal I'm looking at.

Julie, I just added the plateau buster to my profile. Don't get discouraged. Are you sure you are getting enough calories? Too few can stall weight loss as well as too many. I had heard from a person that was 5+yrs out that to lose more, increase one or more of the following: Protein, Exercise, Water...so PEW. Ask the dieticians exactly how many calories, fat, and carbs you should get for how far out you are. Fitday.com and/or SparkPeople.com can help you track that. Good luck! Sherri

Good Morning! I look forward to getting back into an exercise routine too. I have a gym membership but I don't hardly use it enough. I'm thinking that when it expires in October I won't renew. I would rather use various DVDs and our apartment gym. Saves money too which I need right now! I will be in attendance for the Colt's game on Friday. HUGE Colt's fan righthere!! My dad and I have been going to games together for over 10 years. He has been a season ticket holder sick '86. It's our bonding time. I just won't be drinking beer like before and hopefully fit in the seat better Sunday is Eric's family reunion which is always fun. His family is so close and I just love being around them. I wish my family was more like that. I'm close with my parents but that's really it. Feeling kind of puny this morning. Didn't get enough sleep last night. Had company stop by that just wouldn't leave! I love having company but not past 9 or 10 at night. Sam

Good Morning Mariah I am glad to hear that hubby will in today. You guys have a wonderful time together and enjoy every minute of your time together. I am doing great now except for the back pain. The chiropractor and water exercises have done a lot of good. Since moving back to Indiana I have become a big time Colts fan. When in Texas of course I had to be a Cowboys fan. That was back in their winning days and won two Super Bowls. I still follow them but if it came down to the Colts and Cowboys I would have to go with the Colts. I am also a big Notre Dame fan and have been for many years. Some close friends of ours son played on the National Championship team a few years back and got the beautiful ring. Well I better get ready to head out to the Chiropractor for my Wednesday adjustment and then to the Rehab Center for water exercises. Catch You Later Gator Papa Dan

Hi Everyone , It has been so rainy all I want to do is cuddle up & read a good book, or nap!! I don't belong to a gym, so walking is my basic form of exercise.( Besides, we live 10-17 mi. from the nearest one & with hubby retired, it isn't in our budget.) Walking has been my best form of exercise, although the other day I pulled weeds, trimed bushes, & got 3 blisters on my hand from all of it.OUCH!! I am beginning to think I need the grandsons to help. Hubby & I are big fans of NASCAR, & drag races ( going next Sat./Sun. to IRP) & hubby doesn't do football or basketball. Although I am a fan of the Seattle Seahalks as Craig Terrill's family are personal freinds on mine.He is an awesome young man who does give bacxk to his community. My grandsons are huge fans of his; & the Colts. You should have seen/heard them trying to decide who to root for last year during their game.As far as baseball, nothing like rooting for your grandsons at ther games!!! I have had a bad couple of days lately. I tried chicken (from the can) & made chicken salad & have had a rotten stomach. I guess that is now out of my plan. I seem to still have trouble with meat- bloating/gas/running to the bathroom isn't my idea of fun! It does keep me close to home though.:harse: Mariah-enjoy your weekend with hubby & the family. I know how precious it is. (My hubby use to work 7 days a week.) Now that he has retired, we hardly seem to do things on our won. Don't know yet if that is a good thing or not.LOL Sherri- you enjoy that shower girl, & your tanning bed. Sure hope the meds help & the swelling goes away quick! You're gonna get on those feet & soon! Have a good day , (((hugs))) Ellen

Good day all. I hope everyone is doing great. I worked last night so I just got out of bed so I can call and check to see if my tires are in. If they are I will be going to get new tires put on my Durango wich is costing me about $500. That stinks. Well I hope all is well with everyone and I hope you all have a great day. Kylie
