Goodmorning everyone
What a day a head, It isn't raining at this time but they say it is coming. Should of already been here suppose the weather man was wrong again. LOL .......I hope everyone has a good day today. My bosses wife called me yesterday and asked me if I regreat having my wls, I told her never I regret however my hystrorectomy. LOL She called because she is thinking about having the surgery, I gave here all the info I could, she is checking out St. Frances, I told here to check into ST. V's also as long as she dosen't meet the doctor after the group meeting she wouldn't have to pay. I also told here about this sight so she could check into it and learn all she could. I told here to check out a support group meeting or two that would help also. And of corse told her about my doctor. We all push our doctors.

Good morning. Sounds like you gave her some good advise. The more people she talks to and the more research she does the better. I've heard a lot of good things about a lot of the surgeons but I'm partial to mine also. (I mean who wouldn't like Dr. E. he's so easy to talk to) It is important to find a surgeon you are comfortable with.
I would do this surgery again in a minute. When we go out and I see women that are morbibly obese I just want to shout out. Have WLS, you'll feel so much better. But it isn't right for everyone and you have to be ready mentally before getting into it. I work in a Dr's office and many of the patients are set up on either 3 or 6 month visits. Since I had my surgery in January many of our patients are seeing me for the first time since surgery and can't believe the change. (Down 91 pounds now at least 50-60 to go) Many have asked how I did it and I tell them. There have been three that I know that are now looking into surgery.
