Man alive, it's Friday at last! Of course, that doesn't mean anything to me this weekend! working 4am-2pm today and tomorrow and 9-5 on Sunday. With baby on the way I can't afford to say no to the hours, though I sure wish I could. I had thought I was off tomorrow, what a disapointment to find that I am not. But NEXT Friday I'll be much happier when the paycheck comes. Well, for to work it is for me! Sure hope everyone gets their weekend off to a great start today!

Just the opposite for me! I won't be working again until Sept 11. I am REALLY missing that paycheck! On a better note, I am leaving for vacation on Monday morning to Disney World with my hubby. The boys are staying behind with my mom since my oldest is in 1st grade. My lil one will be getting some quality one on one time with my mom. I know he will love that and I will just be in heaven at Disney!! Of course, my ob says no rides for me. Boohoo! But, I guess it will be worth it come March! I will be out of my first trimester tomorrow!! YAY!

Oh I love those paychecks! Unfortunately when I had surgery, the 3 weeks I was off were un-paid. So the past two paychecks have been super small. I am looking forward to the next one which will finally be a full check! I also like that since I am not eating how hardly ever I have a lot more money left over Looking forward to an uneventful weekend with lots of rest Have a great one!! Sam

Good morning everyone. I finally got some sleep last night! That felt so good and I only woke up once. I watched the NBC nightly news last night Jodi, and not a word was said about WLS. I checked their web site, and nothing there either. If you find out it was on another station or something, let me know...k? Oh...Sam...my Christmas shopping. I am going to have to do all of it from Sept 25-Nov 3. Then, after the first couple of weeks after I have the 2nd foot done, I can start wrapping stuff a little at a time. Which of course means that I am going to have to have all that stuff in the house (not in the shed where it spends the rest of the year) and organized in a way that I can just tell Bill 'I need the 1st box on the left'. It ought to be very interesting! I have to get online sometime soon and order my granddaughter something. She turns 1 on Sept. 15th...so before I'll be able to drive & go shopping. Jan...PictureTrails is very easy to use. They do have a freebie account...but I love putting pics up way too much to stay within that! LOL! And yes....as a blonde, I DO have more fun! Oh, It's not that I WANT to get all my Christmas shopping done now. I had surgery on my right foot on 8/11 and won't be allowed to drive or anything until 9/25. Then I'll be having the same thing done on my left foot ~11/4 and will be grounded til 12/18. So...the only chance I will have to shop is from 9/25 to 11/04. And with 3 (grown) kids and 4 small grandchildren to shop for, I have TONS of shopping to get done in that short of time! I'm only interested in the "second Addictions" because I want to be sure that WLS isn't getting unfairly bashed. Statistics can be made to prove just about anything. Sherri

I've been watching all week long and STILL haven't seen anything on WLS secondary addictions - but they are still running the commercial for it. UGH! Ticks me off when they do that on those news shows. I was thinking that perhaps (depending on how many people show up for this next meeting) using it as a subject material for conversation. Just to see what people's thoughts are about it. IT's a very interesting subject - well to me it is. I'm starting Christmas shopping soon too. Gagey's bday is November 3rd so with both so close I try to get as much of my shopping done as early as I can. Everyone has a good weekend! Jodi

Happy Friday! I work all weekend too. But tomorrow I'm taking off for my daughter's third birthday party! I am so excited. It's a Disney princess theme. She's excited too. This year, she's definately old enough to understand about presents. Linda
