I hope I finally have it together
Well I hope I finally have it together. I started over yesterday and I think I will make it through this little rut of mine. Yesterday I had a boiled egg for breakfast for lunch I had a chicken wrap and for a snack I had half of an orange for supper lastnight I had chicken tenders cooked in tomato,garlic,green pepper,onion and green chilies and a bite of salad with light ranch dressing. I am still having trouble getting rid of the coffee and having trouble drinking water, but I am going to work on it. I bought oranges apples and salad stuff hopefully I will start snacking on that instead of all the crackers and pretzels and things like that. I have also decided that when I have some down time at work I am going to start walking around the rec yard and that will sure get rid of the boredom and keep me from snacking anyway.

ahhhh i think most of us drink coffee.......well i do...i do a lite or i buy and mix it 1/2 and 1/2.............................I NEED HELP..........................I am out of control and have gained 3 pounds............i mean i have days when i have grazed all day..........i did start back on my water and got to get this under control and no new bad habits.........i went back to my 100 calorie pop corn and no more buying any of the things i know i can not be happy until they are gone..........I will be 2 years in a couple of weeks..........i have to hold myself accountable........but i know too...so much going on in my life i have no control over, stressed to the max.....smoking more even.
and see already i had gotten out of exercise and boy what did my body do but get all out of control......and these pounds are very noticable seems like 20 to me..
remember even though the fruit is a healthy snack calories are there and i read an article that says at first we do not absorb all the calories but some of us by 6 months our bodies have learn to make the adjustment and will absord all....
This surgery is surely only a tool and i know i fought to hard to get this surgery to allow myself to go back up....then I have ETHIOPIAN EDDIE who is now in a size 34 jeans he can eat more than i do...at meal time..at any time....but i am grazing much more than he does....he is 8 months out and i am almost 24 months.....so i am, back to yogurts and stick cheese for lunch and snacks....thinking of things that were working for me.
any other ideas someone has tired i am all ears..........i know exercise has got to get back on track...i was thinking of joining linda but no clue to where that park is...
I guess we all go through it sometime or another and we just have to pick ourselves up and get back to the grindstone. Other than the coffee which is regular and then I use splenda and sugar free french vanilla creamer I have done really well yesterday and today so far. I had a boiled egg for breakfast and I am having a southbeach diet chicken wrap right now for lunch. I hope things get better for you too Angie. I hope all is well for everyone.
