HELP!!!!
I could really use some talking too right now. I have not been doing so good on following the yellow sheets the last week or so. I have started drinking cofee again and just about all day long and I have been eating some junk food like pretzels and I have been eating crackers and bread and some chips and things that I should not be eating at all. I have noticed that when I do eat that stuff it is when I am at work and am very bored. I would love to be able to go to a support group for help but there is not any close to me that I know of. Please any and all advice from anyone please help. Any one who could give me some ideas as to what you all have for breakfast lunch and dinner would maybe help too. I have also been eating quite a bit of pasta too. I don't want to ruin how good I have done so far and I really do want to get back on track. Maybe I need someone to yell at me or something. Please Help!!!! Thanks in advance.
I hope everyone is doing great and hope you all have a great day.

Kylie-
I've stumbled along the way too. I have no magic answer, but here is what I do when I get the munchies because I am bored. I have a protein drink. That fills me up and I quit munching............ Don't know if it will work for you, but it does me and is worth a shot.
Sorry it is so rough on you right now.

Kylie, I had started to slip up like that a couple months ago, and I finally had to just NOT buy those foods. If I bought those things "for my husband" I would much on them too. Just be smart about the munchies you pick. No one ever said you can never have wheat thins again! Just count yout 17 crackers (a serving) out and then close the box and put them away. Eat them slowly and actually TASTE them. I found that portion control is the best way to avoid over indulgence. As far as candied snakcs ans things of that nature that NO ONE (especially WLS peoples) really need, I find that I just have to not buy them. If I dont have it, I cant eat it.
You don't need to be yelled at either. HOw many times were you yelled at before saying you needed to lose weight? Did it ever help?
Chin up, you'll come through. Everyone slides once in awhile.
I know the feeling... I have been there and still live there daily... I just switched things I reach for... take baby carrots, celery and grapes to work... sometimes when I crave crunch... I chew on some wheat chex... amazing how they control the urge to over eat!! Watermelon is neat too.. so much of it is water and the rest is fiber!! 100 calorie pop corn is good too..
