Handwritten, or typed???

Ok, so in the post's that I have read, it says to make your appeal letter as personal as possbile. My question is, should I type my appeal letter, or hand write it, to make it seem more "personal?" Just wondering, I am sending it out within the next few days. Thanks in advance, Scot
