Had my appoinment !!!!

I met with Dr Kadeabk this morning and had the group conso. that the St V's Bariatric center. Everything went fine. I am execited !!! I had all records and psy test, recording of meeting and ready for Dr K. to send in info. YES!!! Hugs,Gail
