MARIAH - YOUR PAPA DAN IS HERE
Hi, I am here and doing ok. No ice cream at this end. You ask if anyone smelled me. Am I that bad, I know with heat I have been sweating a lot, but.........lol 
I had a very busy week last week and on top of that I got this horrible ear infection. I have an appointment this afternoon with the PCP to see what we can do about it besides taking pain pills. I had a doctors appointment every day last week. It started off with my 9 month follow-up with Dr Cacucci, then the Chiropractor Tuesday and Thursday, the VA Internal Medicine Dr on Wed and on Friday I gave my talk to the VA Hospital Weight Loss Management Class in Marion. This week is not going to be much better, I had my 3 month check with my knee surgeon in Indianapolis yesterday, today, Thursday and Friday I see my Chiropractor again, and Wed I start my pool exercises at the Rehab Center. It has been run run run. Ok walk walk walk.
Actually, other than the ear infection, I feel pretty darn good. Dr Cacucci was very pleased with my weight loss and the fact that all my blood work came back in the normal ranges. That is a first for many many moons that my blood work was normal. I guess I must be doing something right. I have now lost 154 lbs of ugly fat. As soon as this weather cools down a bit I am going to start peddling my butt around Kokomo. 
That is the closest emoticon I could find to a bicycle.
We did not get to see Jennie Wed since it was almost 5:00 PM when we left Marion. I have been getting email updates from Tom and she seems to be doing better. Will try again later this week or early next week.
Well have to hit the showers (so you all cannot smell me lol) and head over and get my back adjustment.

Glad you are doing so well on your journey!!! Hope the ear is better soon, too!
I too have been riding my bike it is so much fun and I feel so much better about myself! Good luck let us know how you do with the riding! Tell Ann hello from me! Keeping track of all those appts is a reward waiting to happen in itself haha ( you should enjoy 1 of those s/f diet rootbeer popsicles today)!!!
