I'm here! Just sipping away! Feel fabulous...like I didn't even have surgery! I am eating OK. Had some problem finding a protein I could tolerate but I love Profect and have a case arriving tomorrow. Also working on getting my vitamins. Feeling pretty dang good though.....just hot!! Sam

The biggest problem is I am lactose intolerant after surgery so I had to go out and get some Lactaid milk. I'll have to dig through my samples and see if I have any Protidiet. Where can I get it online? Sam
