Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers during my noon time speech to the National Association of Retired Federal Employees. It went well. I thought I would be very nervous but it is a subject that is dear to my heart and I was able to speak with excitement and purpose. Even had a few questions. I was afraid it would be uncomfortable while I spoke about my weight loss journey and they were sitting there eating their full plates of food and ice cream and dessert but all went well. Thanks again. I appreciated all your responses.
