say a prayer for me please

Please say a little prayer for me today about 12:30. That is when I will be speaking before the National Association of Retired Federal Employees at the Golden Corral Restaurant about my weight loss journey. Don says I love to talk so it shouldn't be a problem but just being up in front of all those people talking about being fat will make me nervous I am sure.

Connie you will do amazing!! Good Luck and have fun with it! When I did/do public speaking, I try to pick a hand ful of people out from various parts of the audience and just talk to them. I'll be thinking of you! Sam

Connie, you will do a fantastic job! You have been passionate about your weight loss and I am sure it will shine thru for others to see. It is not about being "fat" but ratherit is about overcoming something in your life and it is that hope that is so important to help others realize it is there for them to whatever it is they may be trying to overcome.
