I faxed my letter to Dr. Evanson's office and requested that they call me to confirm they received it. They did call to confirm receipt, and they also told me that they are now booking for late October!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Geez.....Late October??? It's only July 25. That's 3 months. Does that seem long??? I know that I have waited this long, so I can wait a little longer. I was really hoping for September--preferably after the Dierks/Kenny concert. Oh well--any pre-ops want to help me empty up my wine/liquor collection????

when i got my date it was exactly 3 months from the day i got the call from my Drs office. I think that is typical for most surgeons. They are so busy these days doing this surgery. Good Luck to you. Carla

Nope 3 months isn't to long, You can tell them you want a spot if someone cancel and you might get in sooner. I ended up getting bumped a month and a half. But on the same note, I have heard where some people have had to wait even 8 months. It all depends on the doctor and insurance. Lisa

Pull em out and get em cold!!! We will drink up the wine and liquor,, I have to tell ya though,,, I'm a cheap drunk though, so I wouldn't be the best person on helping emptying the liquor cabinet out... Heather

Things may change. When I got word from insurance that I was approved I called Dr. Evansons office and they said they were scheduling 3 months out. That was on December 6,2005. On December 15th they called me to tell me I was on the schedule for January 17. So you may get lucky and get in sooner also. Good luck
