It's Tuesday!

Good morning everyone! I am battling a headache this morning. I had to come back into work from 10:30-12:15 last night so I tried laying down a little after dinner last night..and then again when I got home. Instead of getting up at my usual 4, I got up at 5. I don't do very well if my sleep is all broken up. Not sure yet if I'll need to come in tonight or not. Ah well! job security! lol Time for my fat free cottage cheese! You all have a great day! Good Morning all you losers!! I just finished my Walk Away the Pounds video and I'm headed for the shower to get ready for work. I've had a knee acting up for about a month and this video doesn't seem to hurt it too much. Much easier on me than the treadmill or eliptical. Not as many calories burned, but at least I'm moving. I have my 9 month follow-up in 2 weeks and I'd like to lose a bit more before I face Dr Gupta... Have a wonderful day everyone! Good Morning Indiana, Hope everyone is going to have a great day today!!! I am up but definately not ready to be. I was up late last night with APPLE PIE from the main messageboard,( see other post) so now I am going to try to make it through this day as best I can. But it was worth it, thats what is important! Darrah, or anyone else- are any of you still doing the water aerobics. I would like to do them but have never done them before and am not wanting to go and do them alone. Anyone interested in having a water buddy??? Please let me know. I would love to begin this, hopefully soon! I have been asked by Indy's very own A. Gail Owens to be her !!!! I have agreed to be her , so to each and everyone , please keep her/I in your thoughts and prayers. Her for beginning her journey and taking a few curves during its path, and I because I have never been an and would like for her to have a supportive journey not just from me but all of us!!! Be sure to let her know we are thinking of her and hoping that her new path on her journey is the right path for her to receive the DATE she has been waiting so long for and desperately wants!!! Hey everyone- here is APPLE pie's email [email protected] she is so sweet, just give her a quick e-mail asking if she can help you and with what and when she can she will let you know, she did mine within a couple of days. She did the M&M's the M&M ticker the flashing animated picture on my avatar she also did my signature line graphics with my name and the M&M, but I think that only shows up on the mainboard, if you want to see that sample, it is on the top of the site on the link for off topic look for my post that says testing, she actually did that so I could see it first-gotta love her!!! Some of the other things I figured out on my own, but she is responsible for most!!! Hope this helps, Hugz Dawn
