Yes, I know you know it is Friday, but I have been up since 3 AM.... I couldn't sleep I started taking my Lexapro again, it make me not sleep, but it helps with the cravings. I will be really tired around 11 AM, and then won't be able to lie back down. .....Hope the weather is better this weekend. Sure has been warm this week. Been to hot for me to try to lie out in the sun. I hope all you newbees are doing well. And all you oldies doing well also. LOL Lisa

Good morning everyone! Good morning Lisa! You should be able to lay out some this weekend. 80's aren't bad at all. Much cooler than that and I'd have to get my sleeves on! How's your recouping going? I find out on August 1st when they'll be doing the surgery on my foot, then I'll be off for 6 weeks (since it's my right foot & I can't drive with a cast on it). Hope it's still warm enough for me to lay out some then! LOL! I'm gonna have to go get me a lawn recliner! I don't think it'd be a good idea for me to get in the tanning bed with the cast (don't want to scratch the acrylic)...but I'm gonna want my HEAT! BTW..how are you coping with not going nuts being home all that time??? I keep thinking '6 weeks of no driving???'. 6 weeks off I can handle...but being grounded at the same time??? I've been telling my work-at-home friends (and now I am telling all my friends on here too!!) that if/when they have time, come see me! Come get me!! I think I'm going to be going to the movies one day with one friend. No, I won't be able to walk much, but I can ride I do plan on getting proficient with my knitting machine while I'm home durring that time. I may have me a nice warm afagan completed (and one for each of our kids & grandkids!!) by the time I go back to work! LOL! Well, I gotta get my bootie in gear! You all have a fantastic day! Newbies....sip, sip, sip....TRY to get your protein in...and do your best to get your liquids in. Definately get your walking & rest in! Oh..and don't forget your vitamins! VERY important! In-betweenies....chew...chew....chew! Don't you hate it when you find out that you should have chewed something up just a little bit more than you did? Shoot! I still have to learn that lesson the hard way now & then! Oldies....drink...drink...drink! Your water, that is. Nope, not promoting anything harder than that! We can easily forget that we are just as suseptible to dehydration as newbies are. More so since we are more active! You all have a terrific day and as always, I'll try to hop on here as I can, but it's gonna be a busy day & a busy weekend. Oh! Don't forget!! If anyone would like to join us, dh & I will be meeting up with Dawn & her family at the International Buffet at 5 pm TOMORROW for dinner and then going to the Speedrome for the races. We'd love for anyone (& your family) to join us! For the post-ops, Dawn said that the International Buffet will give child's price to post-ops if you tell them when being seated that you are a bariatric surgery post-op. That's pretty cool of them! Good morning everyone, Hope everyone has a GREAT day! I am so glad that it is going to cool down. The 80's will sure be nice! I too have been having problems getting on the site, hoping to have that problem solved soon. It does get frustrating when it keeps continuing to happen! Angie, we are keeping you both in our thoughts and prayers, let us know what you find out and if you need anything! Scott, still hopig to hear from ya, needing a new pic of you and Sherri. Help me redeem myself!!! Come on, all guys like to go to the races- PLEASE!!!! Anyone else interested in going- either to just dinner or both, let us know! I am hoping to get ahold of my PCP today. I need help, after falling asleep in the sun last weekend, I am peeling like crazy. However I think that my lips were severely burnt and now they are covered in fever blisters. Hurts so bad, I am having a hard time drinking because of the rim of the cup/can touching my mouth. Being able to use a straw were sure be nice, right now! Hopefully she can prescribe me something to help these go away faster- There are lots of em. I have heard about Zovirax ( I think) anyone know of anything else? Gotta get ready for work. See ya tomorrow Sherri! Have a GREAT day, Hugz Dawn

Well morning to all. We had a rough night lastnight and I have been awake since about 1 a.m. First the stroms that went through and then Austin wakes up about 3 a.m. vomiting and has been doing that all morning. Right now he has finally went back to sleep and I am going to try to get a couple of hours of sleep here in a few since I have to go back to work tonight. I hope everyone has a great day and all of the newbies are doing great. Angie, I have you and Ed in thoughts and prayers. Well need to run and try to get in a couple of hours of sleep anyway. Kylie

Lisa I am always late in posting, but really feeling 100% better the last few days. I have been up most of the day working on the computer, trying to get the church newsletter ready to mail out next week. I think adding the B-1, B-100, and liquid vitamins have helped out. I have not felt light headed for about 3 days now. Just trying to get my strength back up now... then look out World.... Dan is back in action. Dan

I also forgot to say that all your prayers have been working and God is passing His healing hand over me. Dan
