Dan, Did this start up as the heat wave did? Many people think 64 oz of water is enough, but it isn't for most people...and especially not in this heat. Dehydration can definately cause the symptoms you are talking about. Here's two tests: 1. Is your urine yellow....or does the toile****er barely even change from clear? If it's yellow, you are probably dehydrated. 2. Pinch the skin on the back of your hand with your forefinger & thumb of your other hand. When you release the skin, does it go back down instantly or is it kinda slow to go back down? The more dehydrated you are, the slower it will go down. Most of the time, if all your bloodwork looks great...especially iron, protein, and B12...and your thyroid is fine...then suspect dehydration. Be especially careful to avoid caffiene as it can dehydrate you...and remember, caffiene doesn't just come in coffee...it also comes in Tea, pop, chocolate (even sugar-free), and even some protein drinks (my Achiev drinks that I adore!). If you just gotta have that cup of leaded jo in the morning, double what you drink...for instance, an 8 oz cup=16 oz, and add that to your daily water requirement. Try upping your water intake this weekend and see if you feel better by Monday! Oh..and for me, my 'water' has to be water. I just don't see the same results with crystal light or any of the other allowable 'water'. Hope you get to feeling mucho better!! Sherri
