Have you tried AnyWhey protein from GNC?? I really like it and if you do not like it GNC will take it back.... Good luck I really had a hard time finding one I liked. Misty

I finally gave up on any hopes of finding decenet tasting protein. I opted to just drink milk, even though I hated it, and I then discovered SF nesquik, that helped too.l

Jenn, You're pretty new post-op. I'd advise you to call the dietician and discuss with them other options. It could be a lactose issue. Touch bases with them though. You may end up going to the sf Nesquick/skim milk or another form of protein but like I said, you are pretty much a newbie, so I'd toss it in their court. Their suggestions may not always be tolerable either...like they had me try Isopure (YUCK!)...but at least I knew that trying it that early wouldn't have caused any problems. Good luck...and oh...early out, NOTHING tasted good to me so it could just be that no form of protein is going to be yummy. Sherri

I agree with everyone, I too hated the protein mixes and the CIB however I did try the s/f hot cocoa mixes and used milk it was far better than the others, talk to your nut first though, good luck, it does get better and easier! Hugz Dawn
