TGIF Roll Call!

Happy Friday! Went to the store to get the needed ingredients for my sugar free pumpkin cheesecake bars. Apparently Kroger no longer sells the sugar free grahm cracker crumbs I need for the crust . There are only 3g of sugar per serving, but still, I didn't want to take the chances of making someone dump. It's hard for me to tell too what might make someone dump, as unfortunatly, I don't dump on sugar (thank GOD I've never had much of a sweet tooth!). So I got stuff to make WLS friendly potato salad instead. I wanted the cheesecakes LOL. Oh well, prolly just as well since my scales are yet again at a stand still. However, my scale measures body fat percentage as well, and since I got the scale, I've lost 2% in body fat. I can be happy about that. I wi**** would all come from my torso I don't have as many clothes this time around as I brought 3 buckets last time, and I've only gone down one size since then, and really havent had much money for new clothing shopping. I tried the lipton green tea to go packets for bottled water yesterday. I got the cherry blossom flavor, and I think it's AWESOME. See you guys tomorrow!

TGIF!! Thank God this week is almost over! We had some layoff this week and it's been very stressful seeing many friends/co-workers either lose their jobs or be re-assigned to other areas. Been trying not to stress-eat, but it's been a struggle. Going to try to make the clothing exchange tomorrow - I have several bags of clothes to donate. I have lots of homework to do this week-end, but this might be the break from schoolbooks that I need. Have a great, muggy, sticky day!! Bren

Hello everyone...I agree TGIF!!!!. I hope everyone has a great day and a Wonderful weekend. I plan on attending the Clothing exchange with my daughter and hopefully my husband if he doesn't have to work. I don't have much to bring but what I do have I am sure it will help out someone that is short ......lol since I am only 5' 1" so all of my pants will be petite, but hey they might be able to work for someone that is a little taller than I am there is enought hem in them to let out. TGIF that's it's Friday!!!! I've been waiting all week long for today.. Now if it can be 5:00.. I'll be so much happier.. Such a stressful week thus far!!! Hello! Today is my last day at work so it has been slightly chaotic. Within the last hour somehow the word got out I am having surgery so everyone is just going crazy. My phone and email won't stop! I found out they are going to have someone come down here a couple days a week to help. She is absolutely horrible and hard to deal with. I am sure it will make them realize how much they love me! I have a weekend full of "last suppers" ahead. Should be fun! I can't wait to see everyone at the clothing exchange! I have a ton of bags and my best friend is coming with me. She will bring some stuff too. I have to hit the grocery tonight so I can get the ingredients to make my taco dip. Nutritional class was yesterday and lordy was it a lot of information. I am slowly digesting it all. Well back to work!! Sam

No pumpkin bars???? You gotta send me the recipe then Darrah! I can't do any potatoes so I won't pester you for that one (hypoglycemia). Not sure yet what I'm bringing by Bill is asking for the sf eclairs so I think that's what I'm gonna do (recipe is on my profile). I have had OH up and minimized on my pc all day! This is the first chance I'm had to junp on here...and it's 3:30!! I am SO glad this week is done. Well..I would be, but I'm bringing work home to do this weekend. Had my PT today and she taped up my right foot. I have to keep it taped up all weekend. If it does any good, both feet will get taped Monday. So...no swimming for me. It depends on how it feels tomorrow if shooting pool will be in the picture or not. Right now, they are pretty sore so we'll see. See you all tomorrow! Sherri
