pictures

I got pictures on my profile page, does anyone know how I can get them on my avatar also?

Mariah- Hi-well I was looking at the board and read you comments, so I looked at your page...and yesterday was your big day! Wow-I so understand wanting to do this now before you get older and have more problems. I would love to hear how surgery goes and your progress, when you fell up to it and have time. I will be 60 soon and am waiting to find out if my company has excluded the surgery from our policy.From what I have read I picked your Dr and will attend a seminar on the 20th. You need to go to the main messageboard located here: http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/amos/ and then in the upper left corner is a blue shaded box that should say Welcome (your name) and under that a link that says User Settings. Click on user settings. On the page that it takes you to, you should see a browse and upload button. You can use the browse button to look for a photo on your computer and then upload that image. Or you can use the alternate button to seek for one on the internet (a webpage where it's hosted). Now, do keep in mind that photos that appear as avatars (messageboard photos) cannot be larger than 100 pixels by 100 pixels in size and no more than 20k. Once you have uploaded your image and can see it in the photo preview box - go to the bottom and click the save button. If you've never had a photo posted before on Obesityhelp, your photo will only appear on the main messageboard. To have it appear on other boards, let me know and I'll go approve the photo so it shows up on them too. Hope that helps, ~Tooter OH Staff
