I am planning on bringing my mom's taco dip to the clothing exchange on Saturday. I believe it will be OK for everyone but I wanted to make sure. I would feel awful if it caused someone to dump. The ingredients are: Refried Beans Sour Cream Miracle Whip (I am going to look for a low sugar or low carb version) Taco seasoning Cheese Black olives Cherry tomatos Green Onions Usually I serve this with baby tortilla chips but I was thinking about just plain vegetables...celery, carrots, cucumber, etc. What does everyone think or recommend? Sounds great! You could always use baked tortilla chips also.

Miracle Whip, sour cream, and cheese all come in the low fat version. I agree on the baked tortilla chips. Oh...and don't forget!! Copies of the recipe! Sounds yummy!! Sherri
