I'm back!!

Hey everyone!! Vegas was great! As always! LOL!! We weren't lucky at our gambling but we did have a very good time and that is what matters. We made sure we got the Freemont's 99 cent shrimp ****tail (not so good) and $10.99 steak & lobster (even worse!). But we also had Golden Gate's Shrimp & crab combo ****tail at $2.99 (delicious!) and their $6.99 Prime Rib dinner (Yum-mo!). The best buffet we found was the seafood buffet at Freemont's Paradise Buffet (Friday's & Sunday's)...the worst? Mainstreet's & Frontier. The buffet at Plaza wasn't anything to write home about, but it was edible. We went up in the Eiffel Tower at Paris, watched a few of Bellagio's water shows and the Mirage volcano erupt. We were going to watch the Treasure Island ship battle but it was cancelled due to "high winds"...there was a 7 mph breeze! The Stratosphere hosted the fireworks on Sunday (the 2nd). People who didn't come till the 4th was disappointed as there weren't any that night. There were several fires being battled in the Vegas area caused mainly by lightening. Several thousands of acerage of trees were lost. The Stardust is being imploded this September so it will soon become a part of Vegas history. We saw the newest hotel..the Wynn. It's a really ugly brown. Yuck. We enjoyed ourselves and just kicked back and did anything ...or nothing. Now that is a vacation! Oh...Best news?!?! I got on the scale this morning and had lost 6 pounds!! I'm now at 173!! Woo-hoo! 13 lbs till I can have my PS (33 from goal). And 171 lbs lost total. It does make me wonder if maybe I haven't been eating enough and maybe that is why I had stalled for so long. I just hope my body keeps up the great job now that it is losing again! Hi!!! I'm so glad you had such a great time!! Looks like you guys got to do what you wanted to do. Sorry the money didn't come rolling in!! We missed you! Can't wait to see you on Saturday!!
