My second openion on hystrorectomy problems.

Hello Everyone , I went on Wend. July 5th for the 2nd openion on my problems with my mesh(sp) netting that kept coming out, and I was not healing. I don't know right now if this was such a good idea at the time. The doctor cut away the mesh(sp) netting that is around my bladder, thinking my body dosn't like it being in there. She must of cut something in there. I felt so bad after leaving the office, it was offal. I was in so much pain, was having problems at times hearing, kept seeing bright lights. Ended up I was bleeding internally. I was kept over night. Of course the 1st doctor knows and she is mad because I saw a second doctor. She said it was all because I was walking at 3 weeks which I was not. I did not start walking tell my 5th weeks, I know because my 3rd week I got the soft ball infection and felt really bad. I asked her on the forth week if I could walk I am almost sure she said I could, but she said she didn't. So what am I to do. I am sure she is trying to cover herself. But the only reason I went to someone else was because she kept sewing me up and I was still coming open. Yes I may of walked and over done it in my 5th week, but after that I did nothing but lie out in the sun. I am not wanting to sue the 1st or 2nd doctor that is just not me. But it make me mad that she is trying to put all the blame on me. I really thought she would of been able to fix me up so I wasn't open I have been out of work since March 21 for this. Right now how am I felling, WELL I am in a lot of pain trying to deal with it, my tummy fells hard to me I gained 5 pounds from the IV'S, I am running a fever from 99.3 to 100.5, I was told to call if it got to 100.5 but it didn't stay there. I didn't want to run to the hospital and then it drop back down and they think it is all in my head. I was so scared, I knew something was wrong but thank goodness I went to the doctor here in town, they were able to get a hold of the surgeon , she thought at first she nicked a bowl but it wasn't. well lady, no one can blame you for going to see a 2nd dr...just wi**** would have turned out better for ya...now i am sure they are worried about infection...so do not play around...best to be safe than sorry

Were the drs that did the cutting and the surgery GYN's??? I am sorry but I am having alot of trouble thinking kindly about Drs that do all the cutting they have on you IN THEIR OFFICE!!! UNCLEAN, No wonder you are having infection and fevers and trouble healing.. I am not sure about sueing... That usually never works out for people like us... only rich people who can afford to push the case.. But y ou should NOT be having so much trouble and after most surgeries they tell us to walk.. Take a friend with you when you go to the DR.. YOU need witness' to what they do to you and what they tell you.. not just to sue but so you have someone else who knows exactly what was done and what was said.... When they are doing all this cutting on you you can't be thinking at 100%. Love and prayers. Linda Linda
