Happy Thursday!

Happy Thursday everyone! The weekend is almost here! How are those "last suppers" going for you Mariah? I found that I only really enjoyed a couple of them. My last pizza was highly disapointing, my heart just wasn't in it. And now, I can't even watch a pizza commercial on TV without feeling sick! I actually have to leave the room or close my eyes! I miss the way pizza used to taste, now I can't bear to smell my hubby cook a frozen one. Weird, I know. I REALLY can't wait for the clothing exchange! Neither can my dad, he says he's ready for me to wear some shirts where I'm not showing the world my bra straps! They are all too big now LOL.

Good Morning!! Back to work today after 3 days off. My brain is slowly catching up! They were so glad I was back...boy are really going to miss me when I am out for 3 weeks! I am still trying to decide what I want for my last meal. I am thinking Outback. My tummy is still feeling the effects of my upper GI yesterday. The testing wasn't all that bad but the upper GI is something I could stand to do without!! I did go up and tour the bariatric floor. I really feel like I will get the best care possible at St. V. I have trash bags of clothes from various people ready for the clothing exchange! Can't wait to see everyone. I am thinking I will make my taco dip for the exchange. Sam

My last meal was Outback!!! when I told the lady I chose them for my last meal she gave me a little lobster fork and told me it was so Id have a fork big enough for my next meal....her "grandmother" had the surgery...It was to funny... I miss a good steak... but FINALLY I was able to keep down a pc of roast last week.... my adversion to beef may finally be over... YEA!!! I love m eat!! As for pizza... I eat the toppings off of a pc pizza.. (the meat and cheese) dont eat the crust...I still get my fix... just not half the pizza like the olden days... Linda
