He is so wonderful. I am so glad I picked him out of a catelog, and just started going to him. He is great. I went in for my 2nd, of 3 mandatory appts, along with the dietician,(I lost 4 whole pounds) and exersice program. I told him I had been denied, and he was angry. Not at me, but at the insurance company. I asked him if he would write a more agressive letter for the insurance comapny, and for the appeal, and no kidding, this is the dialog. "Scott, do you know if is going to be a man or a woman who is going to review your appeal", "I dont know"-me "Because I wanna know if I should start the letter with 'Look b*tch" Me falling off the table (well not really, but close) He is very optomistic, and his positive attitude, and reassurance is making me feel good about the appeal. Like I said, they arent getting rid of me that easily, with a form letter, and a sorry bout your luck. So, one more appointment with the dietician, and one more with Dr. Gemma, and then the appeal goes off. Keep prayin!!
