GOOD NEWS ON WILL & STEPHANIE FROM VA

I just wanted to let you know Natalie let us know some good news on both Bill (Will) and Stephanie. Praise God, prayers are being answered. Let keep the going until both are safely back home again. Dan ************************************************* I am so happy to tell you all that the Doctor's are telling us that he is going to come out of this . Today is the day they take him off the ventilator , however , they are giving him a tracheotomy . This will assist him in his breathing as they bring him off the vent . They did not want to leave him on the ventilator, due to him regaining some consiousness and the gag reflex coming back . All vital signs are back to normal , they are still watching him close and do expect a recovery from this . Stephanie is doing some better , she still is not able to get in all of her fluids due to thes stricture , but she is hanging in there .

Thanks for the updates Dan, newbies need to know that WLS is dangerous and they all can't be luck like me to have NO complications.. Bad things happen to good people but the power of prayer is tougher than any outside force!!! But newbies also need to know that this is the best thing to ever happen to fat people!! Excuse me for being blunt but if we were plump... we wouldn't have needed the surgery. Linda

Oh Dan, thanks for the update. It is nice to know that we all do have challages with the surgery , but we can over come them with prayer and good doctors and supportive friends and love ones. Lisa B
