That was very interesting reading Julie, Id have to agree, I think I was giving up 10 yrs of my life being unhealthy...I am dying and loosing out on life as it is. So I would gladly give up 10 yrs to be healthy. I just want to live life for a few yrs. How are u doing post op? Mariah

sad, to think one would give up willing any amount of time, but yeah i am sure i would have....i was so unhappy with myself...as we do this surgery no one said it was gonna be easy, and i know i see so and so lost 100 pounds eating and exercising right, well, ok..good for them....i knew i had to have this surgery to live and be productive in my life....i knew this after years of wearing out this site....

Was anyone else disturbed by the amount of people who would rather have an anorexic child than an obese one? I don't know if I could make that choice... Sam
