Hi Maria, I bought Susan Maria Leach's book "Before and After" on EBay. It is not so much informational like what you will get from your surgeon but it does have great recipes for things you can drink and eat starting right after surgery and beyond. You can also get it from her website but it was cheaper on EBay.
