Tuesday morning

I ran for 20 min yesterday at 4.5 mph in the pool on the treadmill at my therapy session. They told me that I was the first person to ever go that long or to ever go above 2.5 mph. They were so proud of me. I was to actually. Thing is today my knees are killing me. Guess I need to get used to it. Well dont have much new to say today. GOOD MORNING.................... sounds like you over did it...no need to do that....but great you are doing it.... i am off weds and thurs, have a busy week end coming up .....friday night a jewlery party, sat morning breakfast with LOSERS and goodwill shopping..then i get to go see Mongentry Gentry...see those red cowboy boots...ooh those look good to me...i think i need a pair...lol... today off to work i go well in a couple of hours...

I lovewd walking on the treadmill underwater during therapy on my knee... till it got to easy and they made me go back on land!! Bummer.. I am real happy for you it was quite a work out and your knees were just tired,,, Let them rest today.. good exercise workouts should be everyother day... work on another part of your body today... sit in a chair and use weights.. Actuall I only go on mondays and fridays to the pool and they have me now on land for Wed. So I am only working out everyother day. Today I get to take it easy. Im about ready to get off of work and head home to bed. Im getting pretty tired. Have to relax watching some QVC this morning and count some sheep. Well Im off in 5 min so I better get my stuff together. Later everyone. Mariah

Hello, wow a beautiful day today. Maybe some sun today. I want to go to to the Goodwill on Sat but haven't sold the car yet. Need to sale so I have some money. LOL I just went through some other things and pulled them out of my closet, I had a garage sale a month ago and some stuff sold, I let someone that live in Lebanon that dosent have much money go through what didn't sale, and she took 3 trash bags of stuff sizes big 14 to 16 I am still in 12 -14 at least I am getting some use out of these, I was so glad she got the pair of white cords I had I loved them maninly because I got into them and they were the first size 14 ever. They were a big 14 I just loved them for that reason. I steel have more stuff in the shed if someone is intrested, I have sizes up to 22 still there. Lisa B

Today I think my husband and I are going to go golfing after work (since last weekend was a washout). Dr. Inman said I could play as soon as I was pain free, and I am happy to say that I am. Hopefully I won't have any problems. It looks like it's going to be a beautiful day!

Good morning!! The boss is out of town this week so I finally get to relax and get caught up or even ahead. We got the carpets shampooed at our apartment last night. It always makes the house feel so much cleaners! Now if my dog would quit being stubborn and go outside! I called the Dr.'s office yesterday and they said my paper work is ready (Finally! It's only been a month!) So I will cut out of work early and go grab those so I can get my packet together. Then hopefully I can mail it out by Friday! The waiting game will then begin...
