ROLL CALL
Christine--
Aww thank you sooo much! That means alot to me. Ummm..I actually had my surgery in October while I was still in school taking a full load but since I am in the Occupational Therapy program, majority of my classes were internet. I live on campus so I didnt have to drive to far to my courses and I made sure that my professors knew my situation going into it and that I could contact them if anything health wise occured. I am not gonna lie...my first two months I was soooo sick from nausea and could not move from my bed in fear that I would throw up, but in time that passed and I was back to normal. If you plan on taking the surgery during the school term, make sure you are upfront with all your professors and don't overload yourself so that you can have time to recover...you will be great! If you need any other advice...please don't hesistate to ask.
best wishes in all that you dream

Hey Finda, I call the clinic about the support meeting and they told me that only people that went through their program can come to the support meetings at the clinic. Which I think is STUPID!!!!!! She did tell me that there is a support meeting at St Marys Hospital every 4th Monday. The contact name is Sherry, phone #270-830-8263. I just can not believe that you are not welcomed at my support meeting -VERY VERY STUPID!!!!!!!!
