Happy Thursday!

Good morning everyone! I'm getting ready to hop in the shower and get my walking done and over with early today. I had been stalling on the weight loss, hadn't lost a pound since the scale said 295. I know I had been slacking off on the excersise, so the last couple of days I've forced myself to "just do it" and get out there. So now my scales are on the move downwards again it seems. I'm really glad I walked a different way than what I usually do yesterday, because I found a dumped dog in the road. She was a cute schnauzer, but had been out for awhile. She was horribly ,matted and dirty and was eating from a trash bag someone left outside. She followed me home, so I got her some food, water, gave her a bath and cut most of the REALLY big matts out. I was going to try to find her owner on my own and call animal control as a last resort, but she is apparently afraid of other dogs, and we have 3, so this prolly isnt the best home for her, so I called animal control and they came and got her last night. All of our dogs were rescued, as well as the turtles and the gineau pig, so it really upset me that I couldn't give a good home to this dog as well. At least I know she won't be hit by a car or stave to death though.

Good morning Darrah and everyone else, I know what you mean, I just know the reason I am not really losing is becasue I am still not able to walk, and that is why my scales are frozen. But I haven't been doing as well as I should on my eats either. But that is all changing today. I got a little money yesterday so went out and bought more protien stuff that I need. I am going to drink more liquids, I got , I just got to, I am puting in more food then liquid, I know what I am doing wrong. Well enough on little ole ME. Lisa B

ahhh poor puppy....i have 2 pups that live a few doors down, they think they live here..they are chewing up everything, they come into the house...i even got them some chew toys...(and i wonder why they think they live here)..they are just so loving....but they are here for days at a time, not sure they ever go home, but they did yesterday and the girl dog has not been here since yesterday, though her brother has been....i hope he gets a home....
