Update post on me

Hello everyone, well went back to doctor GYN, she had me go on over to the hospital to get admitted, Things just aren't going well I had to get a skin graft again but a big one to try to get the hystrorectomy spot to heal and close. I was told it would only be a local cause it would only take 15 minutes. NOT... I was in the OR for over and hour and 20 min. They started with just giving local, but when the skin graft didn't take and the pain was getting way to bad, I said Gee, I sure wished I had taken some liquid loratab, the doctor and nurse said are you in pain, I said WELL YES. They said you should of told us they gave more lanicaine and then tried toradal then finually Morphine, I finually ended up with 3 shoot of 2 mg each of morphine and 30 mg. of toradol, know I wished they would of just put me under so that was four shots in the arm because we didn't do the IV cause it was to be a local. I just Pray this takes this time. They ended up calling a nother nurse into the OR to help when the graft didn't take and they had to take a second graft and someone had to monitor me for the morphine I think. I am going crazy with not being able to do anything, and being out of work now I have been writen off tell June 29, I will only have one more week after that and then no more disablity. So I hope this works. I am not making it with what little I get now and being out since March , but if I don't get anything, oh my gosh I don't even want to think about that. ohmy... Lisa, I am so sorry for all the problems you are having. I remember you talking about it at the last Frankfort group meeting. Wow.. I guess I would have assumed they would have known that you were in pain after all that time. Heck, they probably should have hooked you up to an IV after so long. I'll be thinking of you. Julia B

you have sure been through the mill, with this surgery,,,,prayers you will be back to work real quick

Lisa, I am so sorry to hear that you are having so much trouble. You have been thru so much this past 7 months. Stay strong in your faith. You know that you continue to be on Ann and My prayer list as well as that of our Church. Some good will come from all you have gone through. If you need us just call. God Be With You Dan

Yikes Lisa, I just got home & saw your email. You have been thru the wringer,gal! My prayers are definately with you & your boys. HEAL!!!!! I am here if you need me, just a phone call away. (((Hugs))) Ellen
