Wishing you much success on stopping smoking. It is a very hard thing to do. I smoked over 30 years ago but when I got pregnant it made me sick so it was easy to quit and I never went back to it. To bad they don't have an pill like the antibuse they use for alcohol that would make you sick if you smoked. I know there were a few times I tried it after my daughter was born but I decided it wasn't worth it. Now just the smell of cigarette smoke on people makes me sick. You can do it. It won't be easy, but it will be so worth it.

I put the patch on and said God if I take the first step will you take all the rest? He did and I havent smoked in 12 years.. BUT I carried the patch around long after I quit wearing it swearing I would put it on before I ever lit up again... The only reason I dont start again is I NEVER want to go thru quitting again... good luck to you... it IS worth it!! Linda
