I went to my PCP today and lost 9 pounds

My doctor was proud of me he statedd my BMI is still aroud 60 and even losing 9 pounds thats not even a drop in the bucket. And he did start me on a strong water pill last month. He was happy I went to Wed, nights support group. I am so worried about my results from the Behavial Health Assessment. I go next week. I want to thank everyone who has given me hope when i don't feel very hopeful. I think I sound like I need a pity party. One good thing happened I sent off for the sample of True Lemon it came in todays mail 2 packs of lemon and 2 packs of lime. So if can can keep me in your prayers and I'll do the same for everyone. i passed that 500 test question i know anyone can...lol....9 pounds is indeed 9 pounds...and it has to start some place....
