Hello Everyone I am here!

Sorry! I have been so slow updating and letting everyone know that I am ok! My family kept me very busy. Walking , walking and walking. I live alone and my sister-in-law did not thank it was a good ideal for me to stay home alone. She has never had a weight problem but she know the best was to be around family and up and going. And she was right! I stayed with my parents last night and due to the fact I did not do as much I fell a little under the wearther. But I will be ok. Remember walk, walk, walk. I spoke with my boyfriend today and he thought I sounded real good. I have not had any issue from the surgery as of today. I am eating aroung 1 oz a meal. My doctor told me he made my pouch 1 oz and that I would not be able to eat 2 oz at a time. Thanks everyone for looking out for me. I seem not to be thanks clear with my meds I even forgot to call my co-works. I will keep updating

Hello Teresa, I also have Dr. Evanson as my surgeon, but I am at my one year anniversary. Keep up the walking and drink pleanty of fluids. My pouch was also one oz, and found staying hydrated in the warm weather very difficult, so always have your water by your side. Good luck and remember to keep your chin up, it's all downhill from here and you are going to feel GREAT!!!!!!!!! TammyJo2
