Good Morning Everyone. I sure have missed you guys. I haven't been able to get online since Thursday. I was away from home all weekend and now I am home with the flu! Hello all! What a beautiful day we have out there! If I didn't have a 3 PM meeting I would for sure be sneaking out today!! Pretty boring weekend here. Eric's fraternity brothers came and stayed at our house on Saturday night. The boys all went to the bar but I preferred to stay home in my jammies and watch TV. Sunday I hung out with my mom in Plainfield and then Sunday night we went to see "The Da Vinci Code." I didn't read the book but I thought it was an entertaining movie none the less. A little predictable. Everyone is looking beautiful as always!! I have my packet almost ready to go out. I am waiting on records from my PCP and her to fill out the form from Anthem. I dropped them off last Tuesday so I will call tomorrow and check on them. Everyone have a great day!! Sam

It has been a beautiful day here too. I just got off the phone with Anthem. Of course everything is still under review. I couldnt get any other info than that. Not if I needed more or if I had sent everything they needed. They just said they have what I sent and they will get back with me when they have an answer. She said if they need more info they will contact the Dr. I worked all weekend and today I had therapy....did my running and workout in the pool. Then I came home and cleaned out my kittys room. Her box and mopped that floor. She will be much happier now. All u ppl that havent mailed in your papers....get on that...it takes an eternity....lol Mariah

Sam, How long did it take them to get your picture up. I sent mine in over a week ago and Its still not showing. ????? Mariah
