Christine, After reading your profile I just have to ask.. What is mayo dolly parton soup?

Hehehehe. I'm sorry I meant to say the Mayo Clinic Diet, and the Dolly Parton Soup Diet. But if there was a Mayo Dolly Parton Soup Diet I would have tried it too. I tell you I doubt that there isnt a diet or a quack Dr and scheme I havent tried. I have been fat since I was about 5 years old. My Mom was taking me to some gal named Portia for shots of pregnant women urine and diet pills when I was 14! Then there That Dr in Zionsville that passes the diet pills and so on. I have left out the names but ya'll may very well know them, and that is just the beginning. My life has been one long losing battle against weight, and I am sick of feeling like I am less than others just because I am fat. If one of my relatives tells me I what a pretty face one more time I think I'll scream!!! Oh ok.........sorry I got a little carried away there ehehehe. See this is gonna be great, who needs a therapist! Christine

i remember being 14 and there was a candy kinda weight loss called AYDES...lol..sure would not want to eat anything named that now...but it was something that was suppose to curb your appetite....guess it did not work..along with my mom bought a membership to gym it was in the irvington area..forget the name..but went there for a number of years

Yep we had those at our house too. I loved them, and no they didn't work. Is the gym you are talking about, Silhouette? We had a membership there too, they had the big atlas guy outside, but all I liked was the menthol smelling room, the whirlpool and the pool. I haven't changed much in that respect.

My mom used to eat those aydes candies and sip on ho****er. Her and I were just talking about that over mothers day. We frequently talk about the good ole days not that my grandmother has passed esp. Things just arent the same. I really feel old. My neice reminds me of that fact all the time. Shes my little baby girl and she is in 11th grade. I cant be that old can I????? Thank God my 4 legged kid doesnt graduate from anything....she just likes to lay around with me and take old lady naps....lol Mariah
