question!!
Do you bike or walk?
I try to walk 2 miles a day but with this weather its getting hard to avoid the rain and cold.
Thinking about buying a bike for the spare bedroom.
Do you get more out of biking? i feel that i do as in more sweat and harder breathing. I cant help to think that as long as the hips and the knees are happy that the bike would be better anyways.
Myself, I walk...well, when my boo-boo foot allows me to. We have a treadmill at home but I prefer to walk where the scenery is more interesting. If I were going to go out and buy one or the other, I think I would choose a bike though. I can walk outside when the weather's nice or I can walk at the mall in rainy weather. A bike...unless you have a stationary one or o to a gym, you're SOL if the weather's bad. The most important thing I think is that you DO exercise, no matter which form of exercise you choose.

I was training with a personal traininer back in Feb and March and they stated that you get my results from walking than using a bike. The walking gives you a better cardio workout that riding a bike. I thought it was weird but each of the 5 trainers I was working with at Powerhouse Gym in Kokomo stated the same thing.
