Morning IL Friends,

Hoping all is well with everyone.

It's Holy Week. My favorite time of the year. I did not put an Easter tree up this year. G cut back my ***** willow tree last fall in error, and they did not come back. I could just cry. I usually cut the branches to make my tree like my mom always did. I planted that tree outside my moms bedroom window when she lived with us and it always grew and blossomed so beautifully. I would never tell G he killed my mom's bush, but I could just sob when I think about it.  

We are having a 12 hour Prayer vigil from 7p to 7a on Good Friday. I dont know how long I can go, but i am excited to see what God does.

I have a meeting tonight and that's about it.

Good Morning,

We are getting some rain and a bit of wind.  It is moving north and east.

No plans for today except to make a chicken dinner. I was hoping to do it on the grill, but, the oven will work fine.

Two more days until the official layoff. I decided to bring home everything that is mine. I generally leave stuff there like coffee mugs and stuff, but I really don't know what is going to happen.

I have Morgans room almost done spring cleaning, and about 1/3 of the "train room".I told Hubert how many rolls of tp I found in there, as well as paper towels, he laughed. He also promised to not buy anymore untill we can see the back of the cabinet it is in. We will see.

I am going to see what is for breakfast, probably cottage cheese with fruit and granola sprinkles for crunch.

Lisa, Your job situation is stressful! It would effect anyone......Us humans tend to push our emotions; like stress, away from the surface of our minds and then a day or two later we wake up tired, lose our appetites, overeat, feel grumpy , get snappy, cant sleep etc. and wonder why? I am the queen of this. This too will pass dear one! God has a perfect plan for you.

I went for a cut yesterday and as I was getting up from the chair, I say to my hairdresser how do u like my color. She says, "I hate it." I was like, "me too". She says, lets change it right now. Boy, what a difference. i went from light red to deep red. I feel so much better. It's amazing what a trip to the beauty parlor can do!

Tonite I am going to a concert with 4 girlfriends. We are going to see Big Daddy Weave .....my all time fave band. It will be great. Today, I am going to try and finish the Easter baskets for the babies. I usually fill them with their spring clothes and one toy. No candy.

My 2 older males (ages 7 and 9) are barfing and I think it's hairballs. Nancy, what should i do????????

It was nice to wake up to no blowing snow today and blue skys. Now all we need is a little warmth....

Well my chicks I'm off to do some computer work for church.

T.G.I.F.! I went back to the gym today, 2 days in the last 3 days. Did a light workout since I'm still sore in my upper arms and my triceps too are sore, so my main workout for today is the NuStep for 40 minutes.

Sharon: I know, no pain, no gain right? The first workout is worth the pain, you got that right about a different from pain of disease and not moving. Thank you.

Hello everyone

I am not happy about this weather....of course I now have the car for it. 

I am happy it's Friday!!!  Woohoo!!!

We have been looking at houses the last few days and again today after work.  I find it exciting.  Looking at these houses and trying to picture myself living there.  Oh it will be nice to be in a house instead of an apartment.  I will have a garden!!!

28K....if I was living on my own that would not be enough for me to live on.  Pay rent, bills, food, etc.    With the current bills I have now.  I have to remember I have a NEW car payment now!!!  Ugh...no more cheap living.
