Have a safe trip Dawn.
I had a great visit yesterday with my heart Dr. I don't need to see him for another year. We stopped for pool supplies, went to Menard's,,to pick up a smaller tiller, stopped at Ikea ( was able to get new shears for the living room for 9.99 a pair.) Seen the cousins for lunch, and died when we finally got home. We also went grocery shopping.
This morning I want to plant some flowers, then meet Morgan for some window shopping. Translated to mean lets get my graduation dress. I don't mind. My idea has always been, if she needed something, we would help her get it. After all, she is the only Grand, and if I want to spoil her, I can.
It is suppose to rain later today. But hopefully it holds off until after the local kids get thier prom in.

We had sun today too near Alton but it is a *****illy. We just got back from a last minute camping trip to Beaver Dam state park so my job for today is to clean and vacuum out in the camper so it's ready to go again. We are loving the time we get to spend there,and my boxer Lily and I probably walked 8 miles a day. A great workout for us both for sure. We have a 1995 Jayco Eagle about over RV that is 29 feet in length and just perfect for us. Hope you both had a great day today!
Hello everyone
My hip has really been bothering me. To the point that I have not been getting much sleep. I have emailed my doctor and asked if I should/could get physical therapy. The last time I saw him and I brought it up to him he thought it was tendonitis. But I'm not so sure. I'm not sure what it could be. I am glad it doesn't seem to effect me during the day and I can move and exercise with no problem. In fact when I exercise it seems to be a bit better. I have made it a point to sit on the floor every night and stretch. That helps too. Needless to say I can't wait to get this PT going and have this hip feeling better.
I am too young for this...aren't I???
We are having a Cinco De Mayo party at work today.
I think since it will be nice out Friday I am going to work out in the yard. Now that I have those unsightly bushes out of there I can start making things look pretty. But first I have to weed and mulch.

Good Morning, we have sun! I hope it warms up a bit, I want to go to get flowers and veggie plants today.
My co worker has been in the hospital, so that means I have been alone in the office the last 3 days.
My work computer was doing some funky things lately. I think it is fixed. I have my fingers and toes crossed.
Morgan's final concert is tonight. Of course we are going. A visit with my heart doctor tomorrow, and lunch with cousins afterward. And I am sure some shopping will figure in there too.
What has been going on in the rest of the land called Illinois?

Good morning Lisa! Here in the Alton area we finally have some sun at least right now. Getting ready to head to church in a few to get coffee ready for our coffee hour and run through music for church. I am the pianist so Sunday is probably my busiest day! We have a mama bird who has built a nest on the ledge outside our bathroom window the last two years. Last year she had three babies and this year two. I love keeping an eye on them to see how they are growing! It's the science geek coming out in me,I guess! Hope you get some sun up your way and have a great day today! I plan on enjoying a nice long walk with my pup Lily today for exercise and to enjoy this nice day. Hope you enjoy yourself too!
It looks like another gray, cool, rainy day. I hope this weather system gets tired of hanging around and leaves.
No real plans for today, I may just get into the back room and try to sort it out. I know I am going to bake a chicken for dinner. Hubert is at wor****il 2.
The birds are busy building a next over the light on our front porch. I think Hubert is finally accepting that they have decided that they will build it there. This is the 3rd summer in a role that they have done it.

Hope you have a great time with your daughter,Lisa! It's chilly and gloomy here in the southern part of the state too,but my dog and I did bundle up and take our daily 3 mile walk. I had to shut the windows in the living room because the furnace was running! What season is this?! Have a great weekend even with the rain!

I am not to happy about having to wear jeans and a jacket on almost the last day of April. We need sun and heat! I wanted to get my garden in this weekend, but it looks like rain both days.
BTW, we made Chili for dinner last night.
I am off to Plainfield to meet Annette for lunch and window shopping. I love when we can get away without the guys. It is Mommy and daughter time.

I am calling all surgeons on our list in IL and not finding anyone that will take Medicaid. Do you know of any surgeon in IL that takes Medicaid?

I know what you mean about tanning. My legs are so white at the start of summer they are blinding! We are getting some sun now (Thursday afternoon)but there is still a breeze and it's a *****illy. I did get my 3 mile walk in with my dog Lily and walked home from church which is a mile and a fourth. I love being able to walk all I want and not be out of breath. So thankful for my surgery!
